Charlotte Maeva Yeung is a UN Youth Disarmament Champion, a designer, and the author of the Amazon #1 New Release, Isabelle and the Magic Bird. She worked with the United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs to perform a haiku and plant hibakujumoku (trees that survived the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki) at the United Nations Headquarters. She was the Midwest Youth Poet Ambassador, Indianapolis Youth Poet Laureate, and the founder and instructor for a poetry course for women and girls in Afghanistan. Her first multilingual poem was sent to the moon in 2025 via the Lunar Codex. Her artistic work has been exhibited in the United States and Japan. She designed a scarf with ReOrient Japan. She is an incoming Masters of Public Policy Student at Sciences Po Paris and the University of Tokyo.
